She has testified as an expert witness in federal court, CA state court and arbitration regarding her work and was previously honored by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts as among the “40 Under Forty” who have made extraordinary advances in their field.

He has significant experience in solvency and fraudulent conveyance issues for both transactional and bankruptcy purposes. Mr. Margulis is a CFA and ASA, and has an MBA.
